Designed by nature for drinking, King Coconut is always harvested while young and tender. Unlike the green coconut, the king coconut does not have the potential to mature into the type of fruit used for coconut milk and coconut oil.
This makes the coconut a more socially sustainable choice than the young green coconut water.
In the native country, the king coconut is the only type of coconut nut that has been used over centuries as a cooling isotonic beverage. Due to its higher nutrient content and preferred taste, the king coconut is most certainly the preferred drink of choice on the island, over the cheaper young green coconut.
